They will be responsible to the first team manager working alongside him and his assistant.

The successful candidate will have a passion for developing well rounded players who are fearless passionate and hard-working.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal and motivational skills. They will be experienced in coaching diverse groups and will have an in-depth understanding of long-term player development, they will be able to demonstrate innovative coaching practices and have an excellent understanding of technical, tactical, physical and social requirements of the modern player.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a C License coaching qualification as well as having previous coaching experience and available 2 days a week.
