The 2022/23 Lock Stock Ardal Northeast leagues kicks off this weekend with fifteen teams

Builth Wells, Llangollen Town are all preparing for life in the Ardal leagues and replace 2021/22 Lock Stock Northeast champions Chirk AAA were promoted to the JD Cymru North Llanrhaeadr YM coming the other way.

Leaving the Ardal Northeast league are relegated clubs Carno and Four Crosses and Kerry along with Machynlleth, Penparcau and Berriew who all resigning. Llandrindod Wells and Rhayader Town also find themselves in the Northern leagues after spending last season in the Ardal Southeast league and Llanuwchllyn have been moved from Northwest to Northeast

Berriew were not replace leaving the Lock Stock Ardal Northeast with fifteen teams
