Into the last sixteen

An excellent result and performance from Saltney Town saw them overcome Cymru North side Penrhyncoch and progress into the last sixteen of the JD Welsh cup

Saltney looked to be heading out of the competition as they entering the last minute a goal behind only for Ryan McCleary to equalise from a free kick to force a shoot-out and they held their nerve to win the penalty shoot with McCleary scoring the winning penalty to see them into the last sixteen

The draw for the next round will be made on Monday
